Julia Hengstler Nanaimo, BC Julia Hengstler is an Educational Technologist & instructor in the Faculty of Education at Vancouver Island University with more than 13 years teaching experience in School District 64, Gulf Islands. Julia has been an executive member of the BCTF PSA Educators for Distributed Learning as well as BC Computer Curriculum Consortium, a published author, and a presenter at provincial and international conferences.
