| This workshop will focus on the ways that teachers can use SMART Technologies through student peer teaching to promote higher-order thinking, and to effectively reveal students' understanding of concepts. Addressing the ISTE Net Standards that teachers will "facilitate and inspire student learning and creativity' and "design and develop digital-age learning experiences and assessments," this workshop will share effective practices for facilitating student-centered learning experiences and collaboration. Participants will examine authentic examples of integrating the SMART Board, Notebook Software, Document Camera, and Response Units into the curriculum. | |
