Randy LaBonte Cobble Hill, BC Randy has worked with the E-Learning Programs Unit of the Ministry of Education for several years, travelling throughout BC leading the development of standards and quality for online learning. He has extensive background in technology-based solutions and leadership, obtaining his doctorate researching leadership in use of computer-mediated learning technologies.
