Embedding the Best of the Web into your Classroom Website

This workshop will show how to bring the very best of Web 2.0 into your classroom website, so your students don't have to go searching for it.  By using "embed" codes found on many different websites, you can "cut and paste" great content into your classroom website, easily.  Learn to put YouTube /TeacherTube videos, photo albums, slide shows, mind maps, and even google maps into your website.

I have been a teacher in the Coquitlam School district for 10 years.  I have taught a variety of subject areas from Elementary to High School classes.  Currently I am a Middle School Computer Explorations teacher at Moody Middle school.  I have a strong interest in integrating the internet  into classrooms, and recently I have been exploring the use of student owned wireless devices in the classroom.
