| This session will outline activities that can support most curriculum areas in a multi-disciplinary approach, using commercial software, as well as material that is freely available. There will be a focus on student use of digital cameras, with a quick look at creative storytelling. After examining data collection, graphing and branching databases there'll be a brief overview of online materials, including web2.0 tools. Finally there will be a short summary of internet safety and the responsible use of technology. | |

Paul Klintworth Vancouver, BC Paul teaches Grade 2 at Collingwood School, West Vancouver, and is also responsible for technology integration JK - Gr5. He's taught 13 years in Canada, and 15 years in the UK, all at the Primary level. He's just completed the M.Ed.Tech at UBC.
